Terms of Use
Last updated October 31, 2026.
Who can have an account
Accounts are for adults (18 or older): parents, guardians, teachers and homeschool families. You may let children in your care use Wonderscape Academy with you. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account.
What you get
Some pages are free to everyone, including each grade's home page, its year overview and its first week of plans. An account with access opens every daily plan, game and lesson for every available grade. Grades and features are added over time; some are marked "coming soon."
Founding families
The first 20 people who create an account and confirm their email address become founding families. Founding families get access to Wonderscape Academy free for as long as the service runs, in return for helping us test it and sharing honest feedback. A founding spot belongs to one account and cannot be sold or transferred. We may end a founding account that breaks these terms.
Memberships
After the founding spots are taken, full access is by paid membership. Prices and billing periods are shown before you pay. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Using the content
You may print and use the plans, games and lessons with your own children or students. Please do not copy, resell or republish them, or upload them to another website or service. The books in the Library marked as classics are in the public domain; the Wonderscape Books are copyrighted by their author and shown here with permission.
Be kind to the service
Do not try to break, overload, scrape or get around the sign-in or payment systems, and do not share your account publicly.
No guarantees
We work hard to make the lessons accurate and helpful, but Wonderscape Academy is provided as is. It supports, and does not replace, the judgment of parents and teachers. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and email account holders before it takes effect.
